Cream cheese – olives – snacks

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 100 g black olives without stones
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 slices of toast
  • possibly olives, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Party snacks

Place the olives, pine nuts, garlic, and oil in a blender and blend until smooth. Spread the mixture on the slices of toast (I usually trim the edges) first, then top with the cream cheese. Cut the slices diagonally twice to create small triangles. Decorate each slice with half an olive and arrange on a platter. It’s the perfect snack for any party!
