Cream cheese on pumpernickel

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g double cream cheese
  • 300 g butter
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • n. B. Pumpernickel, Taler
  • 1 jar cherry(s) (Kaiser-)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Place room-temperature butter in a bowl and mix well with the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a piping bag and chill for about 1 hour. Pipe onto the Pumpernickel florets. Place a cherry on top of each frosting for decoration. Tip: You can also add feta cheese to the frosting, but omit the salt.
