  • 1 slice(s) Ciabatta
  • 1 slice(s) Brie(s)
  • 1 slice(s) apple, thin slice
  • Cranberry compote, approx. 1 tsp

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

The ingredient quantities are based on one slice. Cut the ciabatta into approximately finger-thick slices and toast them in the oven under the broiler until the top is golden brown. A quicker alternative is to toast the slices in a toaster. Quarter the apple, remove the core, and thinly slice the fruit. Top the toasted slices with Brie and a thin slice of apple, then top with some cranberry compote.
