Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g cream cheese
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 6 biscuits (chocolate), e.g. cookies
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 8 tbsp puree (fruit)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
simple and variable
Whip the cream until stiff and roughly chop the biscuits (not too small). Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla sugar well. Fold the whipped cream and biscuits into the cream cheese and yogurt mixture. Pour into four glasses and top with fruit puree (raspberry puree is especially delicious). Chill for at least 2 hours. Variation for chocolate lovers: In addition to the biscuits, add 50g of dark chocolate cubes to the cream. Tip for strawberry season: Instead of the chocolate biscuits, I use butter biscuits or sponge fingers, and I also stir about 2 tablespoons of chopped, fresh basil leaves into the cream. I top the cream with finely chopped, lightly sugared strawberries.
