Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g double cream cheese
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 tangerines
  • n. B. Fleur de Sel
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • 100 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and fillet the mandarins. Remove all of the skin. Retain the juice. Wash the spring onions thoroughly and chop very finely. Whisk the cheese, cream, and yogurt together until smooth and fold in the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. This cream can be used with fondue, boiled potatoes, as a spread, or for dipping.
