Ingredients

  • 400 ml Whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla pulp
  • 3 sheet Gelatin
  • 50 g Cream chocolate with almonds
  • 2 tbsp Whiskey

Instructions

  • Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water. Finely chop the chocolate with a knife (or whatever).
  • In a small saucepan, heat the cream with the sugar and the vanilla pulp. Add the chocolate and whiskey and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes. Then take the potty off the stove and let it cool down a little. Squeeze out the gelatine and mix well in the panna cotta. Now put everything in the fridge and let it get nice and cold ...... hopefully it'll be time soon, I'm really excited ...... ;-))
  • I wanted to add a photo after the fall, but that was done. Unfortunately it has not become so photogenic, I'm sorry, sorry ....; - ((
