Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 100 g grated cheese (preferably mild)
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)

Instructions

Finely dice the ham. Place it in a bowl along with the cream cheese and grated cheese. Chop the mandarins and mix well with the other ingredients. Refrigerate the cream for at least six hours. It’s perfect as a filling (e.g., for crêpes), a dip, or a spread.
