Cream-herb-garlic dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 tbsp dill (frozen)
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some vinegar, (clear)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Salad dressing a la SaDo

Pour the two cups of cream into a bowl. Add the crushed garlic, dill, salt, pepper, and a dash of white vinegar. Mix well and season to taste, adding more seasoning if desired. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir again and pour over the cleaned and chopped lettuce. I recommend using Chinese cabbage or rampion lettuce for the salad. These two varieties work best. The dressing is enough for one large head of Chinese cabbage and 1-2 bowls of rampion lettuce.
