Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chanterelles (chancelli)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 500 ml cream
  • 10 g porcini mushrooms, dried
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash and dry the chanterelles and mushrooms, then cut into pieces, leaving small ones whole. Pour the cream and dried porcini mushrooms into a wide saucepan and reduce by half over high heat. Add the halved garlic cloves, placed on a fork, to the pan and simmer until the cream has reduced, then remove. Add the mushrooms to the boiling cream and bring to a boil while stirring vigorously. Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped chives. Serve with bread dumplings.
