Cream of spinach soup with ham and asparagus rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cube of chicken broth, clear
  • ½ pkt. creamed spinach, frozen
  • 4 stalk(s) asparagus, white, from the jar
  • 4 slices of ham (cooked ham)
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Make 500 ml of the chicken broth soup. Add the creamed spinach and simmer gently for a few minutes. Drain the asparagus and wrap each spear in a slice of ham. Cut the rolls into strips and arrange them in empty soup bowls. Reserve 2-3 ham rolls per bowl for garnish. Season the soup with cream, salt, and pepper. Finally, carefully pour the soup into the prepared bowls. Garnish with the reserved ham rolls.
