Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cube of chicken broth, clear
- ½ pkt. creamed spinach, frozen
- 4 stalk(s) asparagus, white, from the jar
- 4 slices of ham (cooked ham)
- 100 g whipped cream
- salt and pepper
- 500 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Make 500 ml of the chicken broth soup. Add the creamed spinach and simmer gently for a few minutes. Drain the asparagus and wrap each spear in a slice of ham. Cut the rolls into strips and arrange them in empty soup bowls. Reserve 2-3 ham rolls per bowl for garnish. Season the soup with cream, salt, and pepper. Finally, carefully pour the soup into the prepared bowls. Garnish with the reserved ham rolls.
