Creamed potatoes, Baden potato dish

Wash and peel the potatoes, and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion and stick the cloves into the onion. Add the onion and bay leaf to the pot along with the potatoes. Cover the potatoes with water and boil until tender. In the meantime, cut the pork sausage into small pieces. When the potatoes are done, remove the onion and bay leaf from the pot. Stir the sour cream and stock cube into the water to create a thicker sauce. If you like, you can also refine the sauce with cream. Finally, add the pork sausage to the pot and bring to a boil briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
