Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 250 g cooking cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder, mild
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

recommended with fish

Finely chop the red onion and sauté in a little olive oil. Add the garlic, crushed through a garlic press, and lightly roast it. Deglaze everything with the cooking cream. Add the sour cream, chives, and parsley. Season the sauce with pepper, salt, and perhaps a little mild chili powder. If you don’t like garlic, use less or omit it. The sauce would otherwise be very intense with the clove. I ate the sauce with grilled salmon.
