Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g yogurt
- 80 g sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 80 g butter, melted
- 12 drops vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 160 g flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Add the sugar and salt to the yogurt until dissolved. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract and mix. Add the baking powder and flour and mix everything together. Using 2 teaspoons, shape the dough into long balls, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Tip: To eat, dip the cookies in yogurt or milk.
