Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- 250 g sour cream
- 5 tbsp flour

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
quick and easy
Bring the water, salt, and caraway seeds to a simmer in a saucepan. Meanwhile, combine the cream and flour well and thin with a little water. Stir into the caraway water and bring to a boil while stirring. Serve with brown bread or toasted bread cubes. Tip: If you don’t like your soup too thick, either add more water or use only 3 tablespoons of flour.
