Cream Soup with Zucchini and Celery
The perfect cream soup with zucchini and celery recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Cream soup:
- 350 ml Vegetable broth, e.g. in my KB
- 2 tbsp Herb butter, e.g. “Café Paris” in my KB
- 100 g Spiral pasta durum wheat
- 400 ml Cream
- 100 g Zucchini
- 150 g Celery with leaves
- 30 g Boiled ham or turkey slices
Spices:
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Parmesan, grated
Cream soup:
- Heat the vegetable stock, add the pasta, chop up the butter, vegetables and meat fillings and add, let simmer briefly, always stirring. Finally add the cream and season.
