Cream Soup with Zucchini and Celery

The perfect cream soup with zucchini and celery recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Cream soup:

  • 350 ml Vegetable broth, e.g. in my KB
  • 2 tbsp Herb butter, e.g. “Café Paris” in my KB
  • 100 g Spiral pasta durum wheat
  • 400 ml Cream
  • 100 g Zucchini
  • 150 g Celery with leaves
  • 30 g Boiled ham or turkey slices

Spices:

  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan, grated

Cream soup:

  1. Heat the vegetable stock, add the pasta, chop up the butter, vegetables and meat fillings and add, let simmer briefly, always stirring. Finally add the cream and season.
