Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 90 g butter, soft
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon)
- 2 large eggs
- 100 g flour
- 70 g oat flakes
- 200 g cream
- Salt
- Oil for the waffle iron
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
makes about 6 pieces
Cream the softened butter with the sugar and bourbon vanilla sugar. Add the eggs and beat with a mixer on high speed until fluffy. Combine the flour and oatmeal and stir in the mixture alternately with the cream using a wooden spoon. Season with a pinch of salt. Heat the waffle iron to high, lightly brush with oil, and bake the batter. The waffles will not be crispy.
