fine potato pancakes, family recipe

Peel the potatoes and cored the apple. Then grate both using the finest setting of a square grater. Add the flour and a pinch of salt to the batter and mix. Then add the egg. Heat some oil in a pan, add the batter, and spread it out thinly. If it’s difficult to spread, add a little water. Fry on both sides. Continue until all the batter is used. Delicious sprinkled with sugar and/or applesauce.
