Creamed mushrooms with boiled potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 900 g mushrooms
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins. Dice the onions and sauté them in 3 tablespoons of margarine. Add the cleaned and sliced ​​mushrooms and continue to sauté for about 10 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the potatoes. Serve with the potatoes.
