Turkey breast pan with gnocchi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g turkey breast
  • 1 half zucchini
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 half onion(s)
  • 5 mushrooms
  • some olives
  • 200 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 200 ml cream
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • some basil
  • 300 g gnocchi

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, dice the turkey, onion, carrot, mushrooms, and zucchini. Once that’s done, fry the onions and carrot in a little fat, then add the meat after a short time. Now add the olives and mushrooms and sauté briefly, then finally add the zucchini. Add the passata and cream as a sauce, more or less depending on how much sauce you want. Briefly boil the gnocchi in water, while seasoning the pan with salt, pepper, and basil. When everything is ready, serve everything on plates and enjoy.
