Creamed potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, floury
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Parsley, freshly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and dice the potatoes, and boil them in salted water until tender. Drain the water and add the cream to the pot with the potatoes. Hold the pot by both handles, press down the lid (don’t forget your potholders!), and shake the pot vigorously. Transfer the creamed potatoes to a bowl and garnish with parsley.
