  • 500 g waxy potatoes
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 150 ml broth
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper

Swabian recipe

Boil the potatoes, let them cool completely (important, otherwise the potato salad will be mushy!), and peel them. Then slice them. Peel the onion, finely dice it, and mix it with the potatoes. Combine the broth with the vinegar and mayonnaise and pour over the potatoes. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The salad shouldn’t be too dry; feel free to add more mayonnaise and broth. Tip: If you like, you can also mix in finely sliced ​​cucumber; this makes the salad even juicier.
