Creamed potatoes

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 tbsp chicken broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks. Heat the butter in a saucepan. Roughly chop the onion and add it to the butter. Stir frequently until the onions are browned. Now add the potatoes, sprinkle with the chicken broth, and deglaze with a moderately large cup of water. Stir briefly and pour over the cream. Cover! After about 20 minutes, stir gently again, and you’re done!
