Dumplings with Tuna

  • 75 ml Milk
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 60 g Butter
  • 1 Can Tuna in oil
  • 20 g Grated Emmental
  • 1 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 20 g Red peppers
  1. Slightly heat the milk with salt. Mix the flour and baking powder together. Add butter and salted milk to the flour mixture and knead a dough. Let this rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Drain the tuna. Finely chop the spring onion and bell pepper. Mix the cheese, vegetables and tuna.
  3. Divide about 10-12 parts from the dough. Roll this out into a circular shape and fill it with the filling. Then collapse. Half moons should arise.
