Dumplings with Tuna

- 75 ml Milk
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 60 g Butter
- 1 Can Tuna in oil
- 20 g Grated Emmental
- 1 piece Spring onions fresh
- 20 g Red peppers
- Slightly heat the milk with salt. Mix the flour and baking powder together. Add butter and salted milk to the flour mixture and knead a dough. Let this rest for 20 minutes.
- Drain the tuna. Finely chop the spring onion and bell pepper. Mix the cheese, vegetables and tuna.
