Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 50 g butter
- 30 g flour
- 40 g oat flakes, fine
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tbsp, leveled cornstarch
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of vanilla pulp
- 200 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients, except the blueberries, until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into a small 20 cm diameter casserole dish or a small springform pan. Place the blueberries on top of the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 60 minutes, until the casserole is nicely browned.
