Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large celery
- 1 liter meat broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 500 ml condensed milk or 500 ml cream
- 1 ml egg yolk
- herbs, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel and dice the celery, and cook it in the meat broth until soft. Stir in the butter, canned milk, and egg yolk. Garnish with herbs before serving!
