- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 50 g whipped cream
- 3 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 3 tbsp 8 herbs, frozen
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pepper, mixed, from the mill
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Press the garlic cloves into the mixture and season with salt and pepper. You have a delicious dip that’s perfect as a side dish for baked vegetables or a barbecue.
