Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp red pesto
- 150 g cream cheese, natural
- 3 tomatoes, dried
- ½ shallot(s)
- 3 tbsp cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Mix the red pesto with the cream cheese, finely chopped tomatoes, and shallot, and smooth with the cream. Chill for at least an hour before serving. Serve with baguette or ciabatta.
