Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 420 g Greek yogurt
- 200 g Skyr
- 200 g cream, 35%
- 50 ml milk, 1.5%
- 150 g hazelnut butter
- Sweetener to taste
- Hazelnuts, roasted, roughly chopped, as garnish
Instructions

Combine all ingredients except the chopped hazelnuts in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and prepare according to the instructions. Garnish each serving with some roughly chopped hazelnuts. I got 9 large scoops of ice cream from the mixture. Another little tip: I had almond flavoring, so I added 1/2 teaspoon of it to the mixture. It rounded out the flavor. Note: This wasn’t bitter almond flavoring; I would only use 1 drop.
