Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g cauliflower
- 15 g Parmesan
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
First, cut the cauliflower into small florets and boil them in salted water for about 20-30 minutes. The cauliflower should be very tender. Then drain the cauliflower, reserving the cauliflower liquid. Place the cauliflower in a blender. Add some of the liquid along with Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and blend until you have a nice, creamy sauce.
