Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 250 ml cream
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • some salt and pepper
  • some margarine or oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the onion and sauté in margarine or oil. Add the diced or sliced ​​mushrooms and stir gently. Then add the cream. Gradually add the cream cheese. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. This goes well with rice or fresh baguette.
