Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 small onion(s)
- 500 g mushrooms, fresh
- 250 ml cream
- 200 g cream cheese spread
- some salt and pepper
- some margarine or oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Dice the onion and sauté in margarine or oil. Add the diced or sliced mushrooms and stir gently. Then add the cream. Gradually add the cream cheese. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. This goes well with rice or fresh baguette.
