- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 50 g oat flakes, fine
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- sweetener of your choice
- some butter for frying

the perfect breakfast
Peel the banana and then mash it thoroughly with a fork until smooth. Add the oats, eggs, and cinnamon powder and mix everything well. Add a sweetener such as honey, maple syrup, or a sugar substitute to taste. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Pour the prepared mixture into the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Break the mixture up into pieces every now and then to ensure even cooking. Transfer the scrambled oats to a plate and garnish with yogurt or skyr and fresh fruit, if desired.
