Creamy Raspberry Dream
The perfect creamy raspberry dream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Frozen raspberries
- 250 g Whipped cream
- 250 g Whole milk yogurt
- 4 tbsp Brown sugar
- 25 g Dark chocolate
- Parchment paper
- Put 50 g raspberries in a freezer bag, refreeze. Put the remaining berries in 4 dessert glasses.
- Whip the cream until stiff, fold into the yogurt until airy. Spread the cream yoghurt on the raspberries. Sprinkle with brown sugar and let the sugar crystallize in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, let the remaining raspberries thaw on kitchen paper. Finely chop the chocolate and let it melt over a warm water bath. Let the chocolate cool down a little. Place the raspberries on a piece of baking paper, drizzle with chocolate and let set. Decorate the raspberry dream with the chocolate raspberries just before serving.
