Raspberry Tiramisu

The perfect raspberry tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Raspberries
  • 450 Milliliters Strong espresso cold
  • 750 g Mascarpone
  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 45 piece Ladyfingers
  • 1 piece Lemon or lime
  • 5 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 piece Vanilla pod
  1. Use half of the ladyfingers to line the baking dish and drizzle with half of the coffee. Mix the mascarpone, lime zest, a little lime juice and sugar and stir until it becomes smooth. I personally have some yogurt and milk in it so that it is smoother. Add the pulp of the vanilla pod and spread half of the cream on the ladyfingers in the baking dish. Carefully press the frozen raspberries into the cream and rub the chocolate generously over it.
  2. Repeat the process for a second layer of ladyfingers, mascarpone cream and raspberries and also sprinkle with chocolate. Then put in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
