Creamy Vegetable – Chicken Pan
The perfect creamy vegetable – chicken pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Spices for the chicken
- 0,5 Zucchini
- 1 Red peppers
- 0,5 Kohlrabi
- 2 Carrots
- 1 handful Peas
- 2 Chicken breast fillet
- 250 Vegetable broth
- 3 El Cream cheese
- Pepper
- Salt
- Paprika
Seasonings for vegetables
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Curry
- Seasoned Salt
- 1 Tl Oil
- Herbal quark as desired
- Clean the vegetables and cut them into pieces of equal size.
- Dice and season the chicken, fry all over in a pan with the oil and set aside.
- Sweat the vegetables in the meat stock and season them too.
- Deglaze with the broth and simmer covered for 10-15 minutes.
- Finally stir in the cream cheese and mix in the chicken again.
- Season to taste again and serve with herbal quark :-).
