Creamy Vegetable – Chicken Pan

The perfect creamy vegetable – chicken pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Spices for the chicken

  • 0,5 Zucchini
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 0,5 Kohlrabi
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 handful Peas
  • 2 Chicken breast fillet
  • 250 Vegetable broth
  • 3 El Cream cheese
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Paprika

Seasonings for vegetables

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Curry
  • Seasoned Salt
  • 1 Tl Oil
  • Herbal quark as desired
  1. Clean the vegetables and cut them into pieces of equal size.
  2. Dice and season the chicken, fry all over in a pan with the oil and set aside.
  3. Sweat the vegetables in the meat stock and season them too.
  4. Deglaze with the broth and simmer covered for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Finally stir in the cream cheese and mix in the chicken again.
  6. Season to taste again and serve with herbal quark :-).
