Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 large zucchini
- 2 m.-large carrot(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 500 g Knöpfle or gnocchi
- 150 g Gouda, grated
- 2 cups of sour cream or sour cream, approx. 200 g each
- some salt and pepper
- n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
- olive oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the vegetables and cut them into small cubes. Then sauté them in a little olive oil for 5-10 minutes, depending on whether you prefer them crunchy or tender. Stir in the cheese and let it melt. Add the sour cream and season to taste. Cook the dumplings in a pan according to the package instructions. Spoon the cooked vegetables over the dumplings. If you like, you can also add an onion to the vegetable mixture.
