Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g spiral noodles, cooked
  • 1 pack of buttered vegetables
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Heat the fat in a pan. Add the pasta and buttered vegetables to the pan and pour in half a glass of water. Sauté for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in the cheese, egg, and crushed garlic clove. Cook until the cheese is melted and the egg is set.
