Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 450 g zucchini
- 150 g lean ground beef
- 20 g Cremefine, 7% fat
- 30 g sauce powder for light sauce
- 40 g Gouda light, slices

Turn the zucchini into vegetable strips, or zoodles. Since I have a kitchen appliance for this, I only specified 5 minutes. By hand, it will take a bit longer. Cut the Gouda slices into finger-thick strips. Then add the zucchini to the pan with a little water or oil, season with salt and pepper as desired, or add other seasonings. Fry the zoodles for about 2-3 minutes, push them aside in the pan, and fry and season the ground beef in the free corner. Do not cover the pan. Quickly toss the vegetables and ground beef together when the beef has turned white. Some water will form from the meat and zucchini. Add the sauce mix and Cremefine and mix everything together until it is nice and creamy. Finally, remove the pan from the heat, add the cheese strips, and stir lightly. Let it rest for a moment to warm the cheese, and serve.
