Minced meat and spinach pan with feta cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • 300 g leaf spinach
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 50 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the onions and garlic, dice them, and fry them in a frying pan with a little olive oil. After a short time, add the minced meat. Remove the rosemary needles from the sprig, roughly chop them, and add them to the minced meat. Fry the mixture over medium heat until the minced meat is almost cooked. Add the vegetable stock. Wash the spinach and add it to the pan. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the spinach is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Dice the feta cheese and add it to the pan with the minced meat and spinach mixture. Remove the pan from the heat and stir everything thoroughly again.
