Creamy zucchini sucuk croissant ragout

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g zucchini
  • 100 g sucuk
  • 100 g uncooked pasta
  • 200 g vegetable juice
  • 100 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and then drain. Meanwhile, finely dice the zucchini and sucuk and fry in a pan for 5-7 minutes. Add the pasta to the pan. Top with the vegetable juice, crème fraîche, and passata, then press in the peeled garlic. Bring to a boil while stirring, season to taste, and serve.
