made quick and easy

Put the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, and a pinch of salt into the mixing bowl, attach the flexible beater, and mix the ingredients for 2-3 minutes on speed 2. Add the egg and mix for another 30 seconds, then add the flour and mix everything until you have a smooth dough. Remove the dough from the bowl, cover, and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Divide the dough into 24 roughly equal pieces and roll out into 10-15 cm ropes. Apply a little more pressure with three fingers to form the knuckles. Lightly score the knuckles a few times with a knife. Then put a small dollop of jam on one end and press in an almond. Prepare all the witch’s fingers in the same way. Then bake in a hot oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat). Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy.
