Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 70 g powdered sugar
- 180 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 30 g cocoa
- 30 ml milk or almond milk
- 30 chocolate drops
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the flour. Set aside a small ball of dough. Combine the milk and cocoa powder, then add to the dough and stir until smooth. Form small mounds of the brown dough and use the light dough and chocolate chips to form the eyes. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15-20 minutes.
