Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml cream
- 250 ml milk
- 125 g sugar
- ½ vanilla pod(s)
- 6 egg yolks

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Basic recipe
Mix all ingredients, pull out to a rose shape, fill into molds and poach in the oven at 94 degrees for approx. 10 – 20 minutes (depending on the filling level and the size of the mold).
