Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 large can/pear(s)
  • 400 g cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 60 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

as a dessert or as a topping for cake base

Mix the quark, vanilla sugar, and sugar. Drain the pears, chop them, and mix them with the chocolate sprinkles into the quark. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and carefully fold it into the quark. This is the perfect topping for the recipe “The Perfect Chocolate Cake” (found in the recipe database).
