Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 ml cream (whipping cream)
  • 500 g low-fat quark (low-fat curd cheese)
  • 500 g natural yogurt, low-fat
  • 1 tbsp sugar or stevia, as desired
  • n. B. Fruits
  • e.g. chia seeds
  • n. B. linseed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very versatile, also good for university, work, etc.

Whip the cream. Mix the quark and yogurt, then fold in the whipped cream. If you like, you can add chia seeds, flaxseed, or something similar. If desired, you can sweeten the cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar or stevia. Serve with fruit. Note: I always fill the quark cream into screw-top jars, which I use to take it to university. The night before or in the morning, I add frozen fruit to the jar. The cream keeps in the jars in my refrigerator for at least a week.
