Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, soft
- 200 g crème fraîche or sour cream
- 300 g flour
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g sugar
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Mix the first six ingredients together in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Then line two baking sheets with baking paper and use a spoon to place small heaps onto the baking sheet. Don’t place the heaps too close together, as they will spread slightly in the oven. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C – 160°C fan/convection oven for about 20 minutes. Dust thickly with powdered sugar immediately after baking. Tip: Tastiest after two to three days.
