Italian enjoyment with little effort

Place the frozen vegetables in a large pan without fat and sear vigorously over high heat for about 5 minutes. Then sear for a further few minutes over medium heat. Meanwhile, dice the cooked ham. Mix the pizza dough according to the package instructions. Then, using baking paper, spread out 4 portions of dough on a work surface into rounds. Mix the vegetables, ham, and cheese and divide 1/4 of the vegetable mixture between each half of the dough piece. Separate the egg and brush the edges of the dough with egg white. Fold the remaining pieces of dough over the filling and press the edges together firmly. Mix the egg yolk and cream and spread the mixture over the pizza pockets. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Place the pizza pockets next to each other on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 250°C, fan oven 225°C) for about 18 minutes. Serve immediately.
