Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 50 g butter
- 375 ml milk
- 125 ml carbonated mineral water

Melt the butter. Meanwhile, combine the flour and eggs in a bowl and gradually stir in the remaining ingredients and the melted butter. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes. Grease a pan with oil and fry thin crepes. Fill with sweet or savory fillings, depending on your taste.
