Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s), very ripe, preferably already brown and soft
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp flour
- some salt
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- some lemon peel, untreated, grated
- some lemon juice
- e.g. raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or hand mixer until a batter forms. Then pour the batter into the pan, forming one “pancake” per tablespoon. Top each pancake with a few raisins and cook on both sides.
