Crepes with Banana Filling
The perfect crepes with banana filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the filling
- 4 Banana fresh
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Honey
- Lemon juice
For the dough
- 250 g Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 500 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
Aside from that:
- 4 tsp Coconut pile
- Pineapple pieces or other fruit
- Make a dough from the ingredients. Heat the oil and fry crepes in portions. keep warm.
- For the filling, put the butter with honey in a pan and heat it up. Peel the bananas, cut in half lengthways and drizzle with lemon juice. Pour into the honey butter and toss.
- Place the honey bananas on the crepes and roll them up. Arrange the filled crepes decoratively and cover with desiccated coconut. Garnish with fruit and serve.
