Crepes with Banana Filling

The perfect crepes with banana filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the filling

  • 4 Banana fresh
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • Lemon juice

For the dough

  • 250 g Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar

Aside from that:

  • 4 tsp Coconut pile
  • Pineapple pieces or other fruit
  1. Make a dough from the ingredients. Heat the oil and fry crepes in portions. keep warm.
  2. For the filling, put the butter with honey in a pan and heat it up. Peel the bananas, cut in half lengthways and drizzle with lemon juice. Pour into the honey butter and toss.
  3. Place the honey bananas on the crepes and roll them up. Arrange the filled crepes decoratively and cover with desiccated coconut. Garnish with fruit and serve.
