Tomato and Olive Salad

  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 80 g Pitted green olives
  • 0,5 Onion
  • 2 essl Extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice, white pepper
  • Some fresh chives
  1. Cut the onion into rings and chives into small rolls. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Mix the olive oil, pepper and lemon juice and mix with the tomatoes, olives and onions.
  3. I did without salt because olives are salty enough.
